The new FASTag concessional local pass launches on 1 November for non-commercial vehicle owners living within 20 km of a toll plaza. Costing ₹1,500 or ₹3,000 annually, it differs from the ₹3,075 FASTag Annual Pass in coverage, eligibility and usage rules.
